About Us
Hope 2 Home Foundation (H2H), Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was established and founded on May 19, 2021 to expand and focus on the needs of our community through mentorship. H2H is founded by Dr. Eboni Rainey-Haynes and managed by selected board members. H2H focus is enhancing the lives of every young girl, child, and student in our community through giving back and providing opportunities.

Our mission is to empower youth and young adults through mentorship,
educational opportunities, community engagement, and pathways to homeownership—equipping them with the guidance, resources, and foundation to build successful futures.
