About Us

Hope2Home Foundation (H2H), Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was established and founded on May 19, 2021 to expand and focus on the needs of our community through mentorship.

H2H uses structured, hands-on mentorship to help young people move from self-awareness to real-world readiness. Our 13-lesson mentorship curriculum is discussion-based and practical, addressing identity, relationships, acceptance, career goals, financial literacy, homeownership education, and personal development. Hope2Home advances this work through five connected pillars: Mentorship, Service, Education, Economic Development, and Community Development. Together, these pillars support personal growth, workforce and financial readiness, civic engagement, and stronger communities.

Assess. Identify. Adjust. Inspire.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower youth and young adults through mentorship, educational opportunities, community engagement, and pathways to homeownership—equipping them with the guidance, resources, and foundation to build successful futures.

Our Vision

Hope2Home's vision represents the journey from hope to home. We empower youth and young adults through mentorship, education, and life-building resources—helping them feel supported, find their path, and ultimately build a foundation for their future.

Consistent one-on-one and group mentoring gives young people trusted adults, accountability, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.

Service
Engagements and give-back opportunities build civic responsibility, work ethic, and real-world experience.

Education
Career goals, resume and interview preparation, financial literacy, and other practical lessons help young people stay future-focused.

Economic Development
Career readiness, financial literacy, resume and interview preparation, and homeownership education give young people practical tools for workforce success, financial stability, and long-term wealth-building.

Community Development
Mentorship, service, civic participation, and community partnerships help young people build belonging, responsibility, and stronger connections to the neighborhoods and people around them.
